The location of the hotel was great, situated at the end of a bustling street with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. We also appreciated the size and cleanliness of the room, which made our stay comfortable. The staff was helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even accompanying me to the hospital when I fell ill.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. we felt a bit deceived when the hotel attempted to overcharge us for an airport pick-up service.

Everything was great, wonderful staff, great location very close to so many bars and cafes to choose from around there including an excellent craft beer bar right next door and the Bookworm cafe nearby, good restaurants, and the bus terminus. Appreciated the way our outstanding room on a lower level was arranged. They provided a satisfactory breakfast with juice and jam, as for instance.

Perfect little hotel in a vibrant location, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Clean rooms with a big comfy bed, good air conditioning and a nice shower. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs including laundry and taxi bookings. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry luggage up to the rooms, although the staff did provide assistance. The variety of breakfast could be improved for a more satisfying experience.

The noise from the street, especially during the weekends. If you're a light sleeper, it might be a good idea to request a room at the back of the hotel to minimize the disturbance.

I had a wonderful stay at Hong Han during my time in Vietnam. The location was perfect, situated in the center near all the main tourist attractions. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a fantastic Indian restaurant just 50 meters away. I loved the view of the city from the 4th floor balcony where breakfast was served. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were spacious, with a lovely balcony to enjoy. I can't wait to come back at the end of my trip.
